This course in Strategic Performance Management is a multi-functional course. It is targeted at executives with a minimum of 6 years of work experience, predominantly focusing on leadership level and those in the process of preparing for such responsibilities. The program aims to provide an opportunity for them to study and earn an Executive Diploma in HRM, while working, without interrupting their career. | The Programme is of 16 month duration. The total number of courses are 15 (fifteen) and are slated from Term-I to Term V for contact classes, while Term VI for Dissertation. Each course consists of 12 sessions of 90 minutes. | Each course is designed for 100 hours with 18 hours of classroom contact hours and 82 hours of individual and group input. | In the first five terms, there will be one contact session each, which will be residential in nature. Each course will have 10-12 days contact sessions. | There will be four sessions per day of 90 minutes each.
