  • In this hands-on program, you will get foundation knowledge in instructional theories and use these to guide the process of design. We will walk you through the paradigm shifts in Instructional Design in the 21st century and teach you the nuances of creating a 'learnscpae' with a focus on newer instructional methods. You will practice developing a range of learning journey and also focus on evaluating learning effectiveness. A focus on Modern Workplace Learning with insights around communities, MOOCs, mobile-learning, micro-learning and infographics will also be presented. The program will be facilitated primarily through two powerful approaches: guided discovery and looped input, both of which allow you to immersively explore and immediately apply techniques

Sahana Chattopadhyay
Sahana has over two decades of experience in the corporate world spanning various organizations and roles including that of an instructional designer, workplace learning architect, social learning strategist, community manager, facilitator and OD consultant. She hopes to brings her experience and strengths to partner with organizations to transform towards new ways of working. Before brancing out on her own, Sahana worked in the Instruction Design space with Tata Consultancy and Tata Interactive Systems and earlier as Head of Learning Design for Future SharpSkills. Her key skills include Performance Consulting, L&D Strategy and Implementation, Community Building and Facilitation, Integrated Workplace Learning Design, Designing Collaborative Learning space, Knowledge Management, Community Management. She tweets @sahana2802 and blogs on various topics related to the future of work, the shifting digital trends and their deep impact, emergent future and new leadership, and on reimagining organizations. She has been listed of Top Ten e-Learning Movers and Shakers for the Asia Pacific region from 2011 to 2017, topping the APAC list in 2014, and has also appeared in the top ten of the Global list. She is also listed among the Top 25 Indian HR Influencers on Social Media by SHRM, India.
