    The course was well designed to provide deep insights into the domain of learning and development beginning with training need analysis till training impact measurement and evaluation. It was a classroom based programme. The facilitator was extremely experienced in the corporate domain and was also a very skilled trainer. She shared her own perspectives and examples while actively using the coursebook. She used training aids such as role plays, case study and in class discussions to help the group assimilate the concepts learnt. The assignments which were to be done online helped us bring together our learnings and apply them to hypothetical scenarios at work which we could relate to. Over all an extremely insightful course for someone who truly wants to master the training domain end to end
