We all love to stay up-to-date with technology by reading articles, buying new stuff, bringing energy back in our homes by refurbishing them, buying the latest car….Everything in life keeps getting updated/ upgraded then why not our careers? Why do we feel so settled once we have a job, why do our skills and education remain same throughout our lives? Why we get so laid-back and so busy in the modernity’s of life that we overlook the most important part—our education!

It’s great to be working in our dream job with a fabulous salary to take care of our daily needs but once the hullabaloo of the new job settles and we have all the amenities our salary can support, we realise that we missed on the biggest part … knowledge enhancement. Our bunch of skills and knowledge has not kept pace with the changing times and we start feeling left-out.

Now is the time!

Get into action and start improving / enhancing your skills now! The daily 9 A.M-6 P.M job does not leave us with any time for learning and what then comes to our rescue are the e-learning courses or online courses. These are courses / certifications which can be completed from the comfort of our home…at a time and pace that suits us.

The market is flooded with innumerable vendors offering online courses on a vast variety of topics right from ‘How to Cook an Apple Pie’ to ‘How does Big Data work’….a course for anyone and everyone. You just need to schedule some time out and that skill / certification that you wish to pursue will be done in no time.

Candidate v20.25…

Our software’s are of the latest version and so are our phones, tablets and all gadgets…why then a recruiter would hire candidate with skills and knowledge of the ‘90s. Like the way we want and desire updated things, so do recruiters; who would prefer resumes which have the latest certification and courses. Hence, the best way to stay up-to-date and make your resume the most happening one, online certification is the answer.

Benefits of online courses:

  1. Updating skills and knowledge with the latest courses and certificates often not offered by regular Institutes
  1. Completing the course from the convenience of our homes; self-paced / self-learning
  1. Saving administration and travelling cost thus making it highly cost-effective
  1. Learning through videos, assessments, quizzes and project work thus getting hands-on experience as well
